מדיניות זו חלה על כל הרכישות המבוצעות באפליקציית BIFNIM ובאתר הנלווה לה — חבילות טוקנים (חד-פעמיות ומותאמות אישית) ומנויים חודשיים — והיא מנוסחת בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א-1981, ותקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע״א-2010.
השירות מופעל על ידי גולדברג רם אדריכלים בע״מ, ח.פ 513315655, שחם 30, פתח תקווה.
בהתאם לסעיף 14ג לחוק הגנת הצרכן, ברכישה מרחוק (באינטרנט) רשאי הצרכן לבטל את העסקה בתוך 14 ימים מיום ביצוע העסקה או מיום קבלת מסמך הגילוי (המאוחר מביניהם).
לצרכן שהוא אדם עם מוגבלות, אזרח ותיק (בן 65 ומעלה) או עולה חדש — ניתן לבטל בתוך 4 חודשים מיום ביצוע העסקה, ובלבד שההתקשרות כללה שיחה (לרבות תקשורת אלקטרונית).
ניתן לבטל עסקה בכל אחת מהדרכים הבאות:
בהודעת הביטול יש לציין שם מלא, כתובת דוא״ל של החשבון ומספר ההזמנה/החשבונית (אם ידוע).
במקרה של חיוב שגוי, כפול או שלא בהתאם למחיר שהוצג — נזכה אתכם בהחזר מלא של סכום החיוב השגוי, ללא דמי ביטול, לאחר בדיקת הפנייה.
בגין כל ביטול והחזר תופק חשבונית זיכוי שתישלח לכתובת הדוא״ל של החשבון.

This policy applies to all purchases made in the BIFNIM app — token packages and monthly subscriptions — in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Right to cancel: For remote (online) transactions, you may cancel within 14 days of the purchase date. Consumers with disabilities, senior citizens (65+), and new immigrants may cancel within 4 months.
How to cancel: By phone at +972-3-5366350 or +972-54-4274276, by email at legal@bifnim.com, or by mail to Goldberg Ram Architects Ltd., Shacham 30, Petah Tikva, Israel. Please include your full name, account email, and order number.
Token packages: Cancellation within 14 days with unused tokens entitles you to a full refund, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or ILS 100 (whichever is lower), as permitted by law. Partially used packages are refunded pro-rata for the unused portion. Fully consumed tokens (completed AI renders, 3D conversions, etc.) are non-refundable.
Subscriptions: Cancel anytime from the in-app Billing screen or by phone/email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges, and benefits remain until the paid period ends. A first-time subscription cancelled within 14 days with no benefits used is fully refundable, less the statutory cancellation fee.
Erroneous charges: Incorrect or duplicate charges are refunded in full with no cancellation fee.
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. A credit invoice is issued for every refund.
